Health and fitness is at the heart of what we do. Our state-of-the-art gym has 55 cutting-edge cardiovascular machines, plus a high-intensity interval training zone and free weights area, so there’s no shortage of equipment, even at peak times. As we’re the training venue and hotel of choice for the likes of Wales’ national rugby and football teams, it’s no surprise we take our gym and leisure facilities seriously.

Our exciting health club refurbishment will begin on the 24th of October therefore the wet facilities will be out of use until 11th December.

Can I use the spa as part of my membership?

Health Club membership includes access to our gym, classes, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, outdoor exercise areas and includes exclusive discounts to food and drink on the resort. See our full brochure for details.

What are your gym opening hours?

Monday-Friday: 6am-10:30pm
Weekends & Bank Holiday: 7:30am-10pm
Facilities close 30 minutes before closure time

What are your classes?

We have a wide range of classes throughout the week. Classes include spin, step & tone, zumba, pilates, body pump and more. Download the 'MyWellness' app for the full timetable or enquire at the leisure desk.
