Treat yourself to a well deserved pre/postnatal spa day and take some time out for yourself.

Unwind in one of our five relaxation rooms, each with their own bespoke design to help you find your idea of perfect peace. Our treatments will ease backache, fluid retention, stress, fatigue and tired legs as well as improving skin tone and elasticity - you'll leave feeling both energized and wonderfully relaxed.

CANCELLATION POLICY - A non-refundable deposit of 100% of your spa day is charged at the time of booking. No cancellation allowed - Full non-refundable payment required at the time of booking.

  • From 1st April 2025 all lunches (2 course buffet style) will be served in our Vale Grill restaurant. Sunday’s will be 2 course Sunday Lunch (not buffet).
