Sanctuary spa day offers the ultimate spa experience in Wales.

During your time with us you will enjoy 2 x 55 minute treatments of your choice, light spa buffet lunch & High Tea, a glass of Prosecco and use of our luxurious spa relaxation zones.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY - Please note that we take full non-refundable payment at time of booking for all Spa bookings. If you need to reschedule your Spa booking, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your booked date. For groups of 6+ we require 14 days’ notice prior to your booked date. If you wish to reschedule within 7 days of your booking, you will be liable for 100% of the total cost of your booking and we, unfortunately, will not be able to issue a refund or reschedule.

  • Please Note: Our exciting health club refurbishment will begin on the 24th of October therefore the wet facilities will be out of use until 11th December. The refurbishment will include a new larger sauna, steam room and two whirlpool baths, plus refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms.  If you book between these dates we will reduce the price by £10 to compensate for these facilities not being available.  However the gym and spa relaxation facilities are still available to you.
