Enjoy some well-deserved 'me-time' this October & November at the Vale Spa.

Your spa experience will include a 50 minute back scrub followed by a deep back massage with essential oils, followed by a warming facial and scalp massage. Plus, enjoy a delicious spa lunch or a high tea (a selection of savory bites and sweet treats) in our spa café.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY - Please note that we take full non-refundable payment at time of booking for all Spa bookings. If you need to reschedule your Spa booking, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your booked date. For groups of 6+ we require 14 days’ notice prior to your booked date. If you wish to reschedule within 7 days of your booking, you will be liable for 100% of the total cost of your booking and we, unfortunately, will not be able to issue a refund or reschedule. Morning experience is 9am - 2pm and afternoon experience is 2pm - 6pm.

What’s included?

  • Valid Monday-Thursday in October and November only
  • Welcome and tour of spa facilities
  • Half day in the Vale Spa (morning 9am - 2pm or afternoon 2pm - 6pm)
  • 50-minute treatment: Warming back scrub followed by a deep back massage using essential oils of Lemon, Orange, Clove and cinnamon. Followed by a warming facial and scalp massage.
  • Full use of spa facilities (until 24th October)
  • Spa buffet style lunch (morning session) or buffet style afternoon tea (afternoon session)
  • Towel, robe and slippers
  • Free parking and wifi
  • Our exciting health club refurbishment will begin on the 24th of October therefore the wet facilities will be out of use until 11th December. The refurbishment will include a new larger sauna, steam room and two whirlpool baths, plus refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms.  If you book between these dates we will reduce the price by £10 to compensate for these facilities not being available.  However the gym and spa relaxation facilities are still available to you.
