During your stay indulge in a pampering spa experience that includes a 50 minute treatment, half-day in our spa where you can unwind in one of our many relaxation zones and a delicious 3 course dinner in our Vale Grill.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY - Please note that we take full non-refundable payment at time of booking for all Spa bookings. If you need to reschedule your Spa booking, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your booked date. For groups of 6+ we require 14 days’ notice prior to your booked date. If you wish to reschedule within 7 days of your booking, you will be liable for 100% of the total cost of your booking and we, unfortunately, will not be able to issue a refund or reschedule. An additional supplement charge of £50 per evening will apply for single occupancy.

Please Note: Our exciting health club refurbishment will begin on the 24th of October therefore the wet facilities will be out of use until 11th December. The refurbishment will include a new larger sauna, steam room and two whirlpool baths, plus refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms. If you book between these dates the prices have been reflected when you click to book.
