Discover Hensol Castle Distillery, Wales' newest gin distillery located on-site at the Vale Resort.

This experience will allow you to visit our gin school and create your own bespoke 70cl bottle of gin, discover the history of the spirit and Hensol Castle and enjoy a tutored tasting of 3 delicious gins.

To make your stay even more indulgent, why don't you add on dinner for only £30 per person. Ask your reservationist at the time of booking.

Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. £50 per person non-refundable deposit at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Price increases on weekends. An additional supplement charge of £50 per evening will apply for single occupancy.

  • 90 minute gin experience at South Wales' new gin distillery, Hensol Castle Distillery, which includes a G&T, a tutored gin tasting and a tour of Hensol Castle Distillery where you will learn about the history of Hensol Castle, gin and botanicals.
  • Please Note: Our exciting health club refurbishment will begin on the 24th of October therefore the wet facilities will be out of use until 11th December. The refurbishment will include a new larger sauna, steam room and two whirlpool baths, plus refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms.  If you book between these dates the prices have been reflected when you call to book.
