If you are looking to organise a group weekend away, look no further than the Vale Resort.

This break is perfect for a weekend away with friends, teambuilding stay with work or a fun-filled hen and stag weekend.

Once you’ve arrived at Hensol Castle Distillery, you and your party will enjoy a welcome drink in our bar to help get you in the party spirit. You will then move on to our rum school where you will stay for the next couple of hours as you make your own bottle of rum. Our Master Distillery will teach you about the flavours of rum.

You’ll end your experience by bottling, naming and labelling your unique rum ready to take home and show off!

*Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. £50 per person non-refundable deposit at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Minimum number of 10 people. Maximum with a shared bottle is 26, maximum with a bottle per person is 13. Dinner from TDH menu. Price increases on weekends.

  • Please Note: Our exciting health club refurbishment will begin on the 24th of October therefore the wet facilities will be out of use until 11th December. The refurbishment will include a new larger sauna, steam room and two whirlpool baths, plus refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms.
