Join us for an informal evening of delicious food paired with the very best Australian wine.

This event is hosted by Sam Clarke from Thorn-Clarke Vineyard, Australia, in partnership with Fine Wines Direct.

Experience includes: 

  • Arrival - Canapés and a Hensol Castle gin and tonic, or a glass of Thorn-Clarke Eden Valley Pinot Gris 2020.
  •  4 Course Dinner paired with wines from Thorn-Clarke Wines. Single Vineyard Riesling, Eden Valley 2021, Variental Collection, Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022, William Randell Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018.
  • Wines presented by Sam Clarke Proprieter of the estate, all the way from Australia.
